- We are seeking a person who is well spoken and versed in many technologies and can conduct and manage troubleshooting calls.
- The right candidate would have the eagerness to work in multiple platforms along with identifying and working on automations/process improvements.

- Worked with platforms such as: Azure, OpenShift, Kafka, Hadoop, TeraData, Solr, Apigee, Tomcat, and IIS
- Supported large technology projects, hygiene activities, upgrades, rollouts at scale, onboarding of new technologies, and automation support
- Actively supported troubleshooting and outages in coordination with engineering, developer teams, and outage management
- Proactively identify problems, suggest fixes, and work towards ultimate resolution
- Worked on automating complex tasks with different tools, scripts, and solutions
- Provided on-call coverage to support major activities and events
- Prepared metric reports and other diagnostics and presentations to management
- Strong knowledge of multiple platforms like Kafka, Hadoop, TeraData, Solr, Apigee, Tomcat, IIS, BPM
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture, technologies and platforms like Azure, OpenShift, Cloudify, AWS
- Programming and scripting of operational administration tasks in Perl, PowerShell, Shell, Python
- Strong development skills in .NET and Angular JS
- Good operational level knowledge of both Windows and Linux Server Platforms
- Applicant must understand network concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, firewalls, proxies, subnets, and load balancers
- Good knowledge of SSL certificates, procurement, setup, and administration
- Analyze and troubleshoot skills to debug issues and provide tactical and strategic solutions
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and IAC based automation concepts are preferred
- Familiarity with CICD tools such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins should be well understood
- Familiarity with log analytics tools like Splunk
- Professional certifications for cloud, developer, and infrastructure training are preferred
- Previously worked in a large organization or with international teams across multiple time zones
