- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of development team leadership experience in a high paced, pressure-oriented environment
- Full software development life cycle experience
- Expert at C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, IBM MQ
- Expert at JavaScript and Angular, HTML, Stenciljs and CSS
- Experience testing software (e.g. unit testing, testing frameworks)
- Comfortable with source control tools, preferably Git
- Experience with web service development, REST and Services Oriented Architecture
- Strong people management and development skills
- Experience leading and working with Agile development teams at scale
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), listening skills, influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience with performance tuning, trouble shooting and remediation
- Experience in financial domain and understanding of portfolio management functions.
- Ability to develop and follow change management processes for consistent and maintainable versions
- Working knowledge of Cloud development environment and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Azure
- Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects
- Proven track record managing the development of large scale multi-tiered applications in a Microsoft .NET environment
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with resources outside of your direct-control
