Account Executive JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE 0M993J SALES SPECIALIST V This senior sales representative role is responsible for the overall sales motion within the assigned territory for the Voltage Data Lifecycle & Protection solutions pillar. This is a hunting role responsible for leading the overall pursuit of opportunities from identification, qualification, value exploration, proof step, negotiation, and through close for the assigned focus areas. This role leverages partnerships within the Global Systems Integrators and other channel partners to provide the best solution for customers. Success in this role requires the ability to build authentic relationships across the C-Suite and key influencers reporting in across security, architecture, data, and IT organizations. This is a complex sale requiring a team player who builds the trust of the client across various levels and departments as well as inside the team and beyond to leverage the right people at the right time within the account. Selling is required across multiple departments and levels. RESPONSIBILITIES: Exceed quotas for assigned territory Develop long-term sales pipeline to increase the company's market share in specialized area of data discovery and protection Hunt for new opportunities for providing customer value by expanding within existing accounts and penetrating new logos for this pillar Work with the broader team of account managers and other solution pillar sales teams to support the mission of the company Build authentic relationships with decision makers, influencers, and supporters across organizations to drive adoption and help build sustainable customer value Sell complex solutions across multiple verticals Build and maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility and add value within the accounts targeted Ability to leverage deep understanding of the competition - both positioning strategy and technology - to create a competitive advantage for company JOB:Sales MICRO FOCUS IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
