This position requires significant internal client interface, and as such requires strong professional presence, communication and decision-making skills.

The ability to establish exceptional relationships and credibility within the client , as well as external and internal clients will be essential to the individual’s success.Support very Senior Executive members in the client team, as required:Calendar and meeting management

Travel arrangements and related expense reporting

Presentation development and preparation

Prepare and update internal management reports, dashboards, etc.

Other assignments as necessarySupport client Work and Professional Practices:Participate in department improvement initiatives as necessary

Coordinate tracking and reporting of department improvement initiatives

Serve in a quality assurance role of department deliverables, reports, as necessaryProvide the client Administrative Support:Coordinate new employee orientation and on boarding

Technology support and coordination

Functional-wide meeting coordination

Supplies and facilities coordinationBasic Qualifications for Consideration:Five or more years of executive administrative professional experience, either in a Fortune 500 company or professional services firm.

Although financial services experience are highly desired, other industry experience will be considered as appropriateExcellent organizational skills

Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and quality orientation

Good working knowledge of MS Office technology including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio and Outlook
