Role Description:
- Lead medium to large scale business initiatives/projects assigned to the Producer Management and Compensation program
- Facilitate meetings with advisory panels/customer focus groups to gain specific insights and/or feedback on functional usage, experiences and adoption of key technology; utilizes VoC feedback to drive changes in strategy and the prioritization of those changes
- Provides the business and technical project teams with constructive feedback pertaining to project performance; develops and maintains a productive working relationship with business leaders, IT representatives, vendors, and key clients, including providing regular project updates
