Description: Technical Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications The client team is part of the Shared Services group. client is responsible for Tier3 development support of customer implementations in Production, transitioning of new Product features from Product Development, and ensures a focus on quality and sustainability across Digital Channel’s solutions.The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Senior is an experienced professional with a combination of technical, business analysis and project management/coordination skills responsible for extensively collaborating with others within client and the wider Digital Channels group to analyze, plan, revise and execute client projects (across core product and/or custom implementations).The primary functions of this role are to identify, clarify and validate the needs of incoming requests and to manage the delivery of technically feasible, cost-effective solutions for those requests that best meet customer expectations. In addition, the BSA – Senior is expected to provide training, mentoring, consultation and guidance to other BSAs. You must be highly driven, team-oriented, quality and customer focused, and dedicated to delivering the most appropriate solutions to clients.This position also has a key role in the development of the team, including providing coaching and continuous feedback.You will be required to respond to occasional requests for additional off-hour work in the event of an emergency client incident or critical business need.

This position is part of a cross-functional team of .NET Developers, Mobile Developers, Quality Engineers, Systems Engineers and Business Systems Analysts working under the leadership of a Delivery Manager 5+ years’ experience in applying principles and practical application of business systems analysis.1+ years’ experience in team leadership or people managementProven experience delivering multiple large, complex software solutions requiredHighly developed analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking and estimation skillsProven ability to accurately gather, analyze and interpret data and requirements using varied approachesProven ability to articulate problems and solution recommendations and socialize those solutionsProven risk identification and mitigation skillsStrong written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation and collaboration skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to manage time and coordinate multiple tasks/projects effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision or directionProven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships; external client experience preferredExperience developing and delivering online and/or mobile banking software

Travel : Less than 5% Business Analysis : In collaboration with stakeholders and others, undertake research, scoping and estimation activities to deliver accurate requirements and specification documents for sign-off and approval.Ensure all changes to scope are documented, impact assessed, and approved through the standard change control process.Consult to understand the current business environment and Product development roadmap.

Delivery :Deliver successful projects to Clients in accordance with agreed schedules for scope, cost, resource, quality and timeline.Ensure all team members assigned to the projects you are responsible for understand and deliver to the Software Development Lifecycle. Refine and adapt processes within client to improve implementation andteam efficiency.Monitor finances relating to billable enhancements relative to approved targets and take action as required to ensure profitability. Report financials regularly to internal stakeholders.Proactively identify any skills shortages for the projects you are responsible for and bring to the attention of resourcing managers.Deliver modifications to actively supported core product versions and/or client implementations.Work within the PDLC to drive Production enhancements back into the core Product.Problem SolvingIndependently identify the root cause of problems; identify and implement solutions to these.Demonstrate strong problem solving ability for the team.Solve problems in a manner which is re-usable and applicable across multiple projects.

Task Management and Completion :

Create tasks based on technical specifications and give accurate work and task estimates.Prioritise and complete tasks based on importance and urgency.Remain focused on long-term goals when executing against short-term objectives.Provide regular, clear updates on task progress to relevant stakeholders.Stakeholder Communication and ManagementStrive to exceed stakeholder expectations with clear communication and regular updates on status and activity of the projects for which you are responsible.Contribute to prioritizing multiple, often conflicting priorities across multiple customer activities.Attend internal meetings and client deliverable reviews with stakeholders as required. Contribute to these sessions when appropriate, capturing accurate and complete requirements and providing timely, high-quality deliverables. Documentation :

Create high quality documentation (including technical design documents) that meets the needs and expectations of stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of reference material by proactively filling gaps, correcting mistakes and resolving ambiguity.
