Business Analyst

Seeking a senior level candidate to help develop and execute the ongoing strategic needs for our internally built Sr Leadership application Core skills required to fill this role include:• 5-10 years of business analyst experience, including assessing business needs, defining/documenting requirements, and developing solutions.• Jira, Figma, and Axure experience strongly preferred.• Agile knowledge and experience preferred.• Ability to efficiently manage Jira Kanban board.• Through analysis, translate business requirements into functional application requirements and provide input into high level design solutions.• Strong relationship building skills.• A strong understanding of master data management is a plus.• Development and documentation of processes to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.• Development and documentation of standards used throughout the application.• Identify improvements and help to resolve inconsistencies across the application.• Required to collaborate on enhancement requests, evaluate impacts, and make recommendations that are compatible with the overall needs of the organization.• Knowledge related to portfolio and project management fundamentals/processes preferred.• Ability to efficiently prioritize and reprioritize work with timely progress updates to stakeholders.• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.• Strong communication skills with business and development teams as well as business partners and management.• Very good interpersonal skills with “can do“ mentality.• Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude.• Ability to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas.• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.• Good multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.NO THIRD PARTIES NO SUB-CONTRACTORS NO 1099’s NO CORP to CORP Data Resource Technologies Inc. is an Information Technology Staffing Firm serving the markets of the United States of America; the greatest country in the world.
