Seeking a senior level candidate to help develop and execute the ongoing strategic needs for our internally built Sr Leadership application – Core skills required to fill this role include:
- 10+ years of business analyst experience, including assessing business needs, defining/documenting requirements, and developing solutions.
- Jira, Figma, and Axure experience strongly preferred.
- Agile knowledge and experience preferred.
- Ability to efficiently manage Jira Kanban board.
- Through analysis, translate business requirements into functional application requirements and provide input into high level design solutions.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- A strong understanding of master data management.
- Development and documentation of processes to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
- Development and documentation of standards used throughout the application.
- Identify improvements and help to resolve inconsistencies across the application.
- Required to collaborate on enhancement requests, evaluate impacts, and make recommendations that are compatible with the overall needs of the organization.
- Knowledge related to portfolio and project management fundamentals/processes preferred.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and reprioritize work with timely progress updates to stakeholders.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Strong communication skills with business and development teams as well as business partners and management.
- Very good interpersonal skills with “can do“ mentality.
- Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude.
- Ability to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
