• The Business Analyst for Transformation of On-prem Planning Applications into EPBCS is responsible for analyzing the current on-prem planning applications, gathering requirements, and developing business cases for the transformation to the Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the EPBCS solution meets business requirements and provides expected benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in business analysis, and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformations.

• Analyze the current on-prem Oracle planning applications and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business cases for the transformation to EPBCS.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive requirements document that outlines business needs and technical requirements.
• Work closely with the program manager and technical team to ensure that the EPBCS solution meets business requirements.
• Participated in the design and architecture of the EPBCS solution.
• Develop test plans and perform testing to ensure that the solution meets business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
• Provide support to end-users during the implementation phase.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure that milestones are met.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on large-scale transformations.
• Oracle EPM experience: A strong understanding and experience of Oracle EPM applications, such as Hyperion Planning and Essbase
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• A good understanding of enterprise planning and budgeting cloud solutions.
• A good understanding of financial management principles.
• A good understanding of change management principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred.
