Business System Analyst (office 365) for one of our clients in

Alpharetta, GA 30022.

Responsibilities

This position is for a Business Systems Analyst with demonstrated experience delivering high quality solutions utilizing Microsoft 365. The successful candidate for this role should have hands on experience along with a strong understanding of traditional and latest Microsoft 365 technology. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who promotes new ways of thinking, working, and implementing change initiatives.

Job Functions:
  • Develop new and/or enhance existing business owned applications to support business processes utilizing Microsoft 365 Apps.
  • Create and demonstrate Microsoft 365 proof of concepts
  • Create user and training documentation for newly developed Microsoft 365 apps
  • Train and coach end users on newly developed Microsoft 365 apps
  • Document new and existing workflows in well-organized and thoughtful manner
  • Conduct routine maintenance and perform manual updates as needed to support existing business systems
  • Act as liaison between the business and IT to enhance existing IT owned applications (i.e. SAP, Salesforce).

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related work experience with a strong understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge and application of Microsoft 365 products and services including but not limited to SQL Server (SSIS, SSMS), MS Excel, MS Access, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform (Power Query, Pivot, BI and Automate)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing the implementation and the roll-out of Microsoft 365 related projects
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment
  • Ability to work from own initiative and within a team environment
  • Ability to manage workload and time according to defined deadlines
  • Ability to provide accurate scope estimations of time/effort required to deliver solutions
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to all audiences
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex projects and solutions
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus
  • Business Objects, Salesforce and SAP experience is a plus.
  • Medical device industry experience is a plus
