JOB ID:-2019-7859# of Openings 1Category (Portal Searching) Sales OVERVIEW The Contract Manager is responsible for reviewing and analyzing contracts to facilitate the set-up of accounts to drive billing, sales and contract analytics, commissions and contract lifecycle management. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the end-to-end process of setting up accounts in various internal databases to facilitate billing, commissions and contract management. Manage and review contract documents, including data entry, data abstraction and electronic filing. Ensure conditions described in contracts are captured accurately in internal databases. Create, associate and maintain contract document relationships in Salesforce.com and SpringCM. Work closely with internal departments to trouble shoot issues and resolve problems and identify system and/or process improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Contract Administration team members to ensure processes are followed and organizational requirements are met. Communicate action items and follow up to management to ensure assignments are completed on time. Assist Finance, Legal, Operations and Sales leadership as needed. Aid in end-user application support and participate in training sessions as needed. Ensure that all customer needs and expectations are met daily. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s Degree required. 3-5 years of experience in contracts administration. Self-starter. Ability to organize, multi-task and carry-on active procurements while simultaneously receiving incoming requests. Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including executive staff, directors, sales and operations. Ability to stay focused and willingness to adjust to frequently changing processes. Strong background in contract management and sales support. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Clear written and verbal communications; ability to document input from various interested parties. Detail oriented with strong organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience with relevant software applications (Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce.com, SpringCM). Drive additional projects as directed within the department to achieve project objectives and deadlines. Ability to develop trusted relationships with internal team members. Ability to hold others accountable for following processes to drive program accuracy and compliance. High level of initiative and drive to identify process inefficiencies, problem solve and propose resolution. Flexibility with schedule during peak sales processing periods.
