Position DescriptionThis position can work remotely anywhere in the United States. The preferred locations are the Alpharetta, GA, Brookfield, WI, Schaumburg, IL, or Frisco, TX office.What does a great Director, Integrations Standards do?You will develop a standards & governance program supporting Fiserv’s Integration Advantage Initiative (Integration Advantage is the Enterprise umbrella for improving and capitalizing on Fiserv’s products and related integrations). You will have the opportunity to build a small team and leverage current capabilities across the organization and within individual business units.As a Director, Integrations Standards, you can look forward to:

Development & documentation of a ratified set of integration standards and processes adopted by the firm for all future integrations with general standards & governance procedures aligned throughout the different Business Units.

Development & documentation of a pan-Fiserv governance model that ensures ongoing maintenance and adherence to integration standards.

Defining firmwide expectations, nomenclature and messaging for Fiserv’s Customer Experience needs.

Developing programs, messaging and other efforts to create a culture of Client Excellence.

Overseeing the various efforts to facilitate multi-level views of Fiserv integration effectiveness metrics.

Working with leaders at all levels to integrate the “Integration Advantage Way” in identified initiatives, more broadly to Fiserv’s product and development efforts.

Governance: organizational alignment formalizing overall team structure, roles and responsibilities, and escalation procedures.

Building a Communication Plan: framework for how information is distributed; types of meetings and alignment of associated tools.

Delivering a first generation model within 6 months of start, improving future generations in collaboration of overall Client Excellence team.

Building relationships within the organization to leverage current pan Fiserv capabilities such as Global Services, build new ones as needed, and working with BUs to maximize impact within the current matrixed environment.

Identifying key hiring needs, build business case(s) for investments, develop the opportunities and oversee delivery (often primarily through influence).

Attend professional meetings, seminars, and continued education programs to remain current in industry as well as identify emerging opportunities.
