High level job summary
Developing comprehensive diversity recruiting strategies
Develop relationships and processes to continuously improve attraction and selection from diverse schools, universities, grass roots, and community based organizations
Support diversity goals and alignment for specific client account requests
Work closely with Client Delivery to understand specific diversity recruiting requirements
Identify and build diversity talent pipelines
Socialize program with Talent Delivery Team and coordinate active participation by recruiters and sourcers when appropriate at recruiting events
Direct innovative sourcing opportunities through specialized programs and targeted channels
Serve as subject matter expert on diversity recruiting best practices
Determine greatest value add recruiting investment areas and develop relationships with those sources
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of equivalent HR/Diversity Recruitment experience required
Five (5) or more years of experience within recruiting with emphasis on diversity recruitment
Two (2) or more years of experience working with diverse conferences, colleges and universities
One (1) or more years of experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) certification
Understand Business/ Recruitment Process Outsourcing and full Life-cycle recruitment
One (1) or more years working with project management methodologies for ad-hoc projects
One (1) or more years using reporting & analytics for recruitment
