Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: This position is responsible for assisting with the strategy development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales, while reducing attrition across the TJX portfolio. Working with a highly collaborative team where you'll take ownership developing and implementing new marketing strategies and tactics with a focus on Outside Spend engagement and retention. That will mean using your analytic and creative vision to develop, execute, and evolve great campaigns and programs. Essential Responsibilities: Partner to forge strong partnerships with client counterparts while building the ability to influence decisions to drive program growth through marketing strategies Assist with the develop strategies that maximize the TJX portfolio's performance, optimize the customer journey / touchpoints and reduce lifecycle expense. Assist in the execution of complex lifecycle initiatives including: In-Store campaigns, upgrading qualifying PLCC cardholders to Dual Card, premium product Upgrades/Downgrades, and card reissues Work closely with the Analytics team to: o Understand cardholder trends, drive targeting methodology and implement test and learn strategies to optimize results and identify opportunities for successful lifecycle campaigns o Implement lifecycle dashboards to track effectiveness o Utilize lifecycle data to further develop the lifecycle strategy Assist in the ownership of the strategy and implementation of multiple campaigns, including World Spend offers, Card Upgrades, promotional financing, as well as digital. Engaging with the client to recommend new tactics, drive the creative process, and execute campaigns Partnering with our analytics team to devise strategies, hone targeting, implement tests, and leverage results Managing campaign budgets and optimizing contractual marketing spend making recommendations for investments in long term growth Partnering with Mastercard to leverage their marketing where appropriate, particularly with card on file opportunities Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing or product development experience in credit card, co-brand credit card or financial services industries Desired Characteristics: Demonstrated client management interpersonal skills and experience. Strong process and project management skills, along with attention to details. Strong communications, relationship building, influencing, resilience and collaboration skills. Solid leadership skills, initiative, high energy, and strong results orientation. Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information. Client relationship management experience, the ability to engage in-person and virtually, and the confidence to influence colleagues and suppliers A proven record of developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns, leveraging analytics to inform strategy. Outstanding communications, relationship building, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills. Experience running outside spend campaigns is preferable.
