IAM Cloud Solution Architect
- Design simple, automated, and self-service IAM solutions for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Okta, etc.) that adhere to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, current thinking, and overall strong security controls. Immediate need is AWS with other cloud platforms being added as business initiatives require.
- Apply technical knowledge, industry experience, expertise, and insights to contribute to the development and execution of an IAM Cloud Solution strategy
- Cross-functional collaboration with tech leads, solution architects, engineers, security stakeholders, and other subject matter experts to review and integrate additional requirements into solution designs
- Effectively translate complex technologies, designs, and ideas into simple to understand concepts in order to reach a broad range of audience understanding and gain executive sponsorship for proposed solutions
- Support the development of automation required to build, test, deploy, manage, or maintain solutions through DevOps pipeline processes
- Coordinate the planning, development, testing, and delivery of solutions while also partnering with engineers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of solution designs
- Share insights and best practices while working with engineering teams to remove key blockers
- Collaborate with various groups and individuals to troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues
- Participate in the agile development process
- Represent IAM Cloud Solutions engineering team in project meetings and solution discussions
- Engineering, development, testing, and delivery of IAM Cloud Solutions for AWS
- Provide deep subject matter expertise for AWS Identity & Access Management services, entities, configuration, and best practices
- Apply technical knowledge, industry experience, expertise, and insights to contribute to the development and execution of an IAM Cloud Solution strategy
- Day-to-day management and maintenance of any AWS IAM configuration required to support business requirements, application integrations, workloads, regulatory compliance, and other cloud platform efforts or deliverables
- Collaborate across a wide audience of stakeholders regarding business objectives, priorities, and impact of proposed changes.
- Develop any required automation necessary to build, test, deploy, manage, or maintain IAM Cloud Solutions following DevOps pipeline processes
- Share insights and best practices while partnering with other cloud engineering and security teams to remove key blockers.
