3-5years experienceproviding Channel Partners with operational support, includingpipeline management& process assistance to aid in closing sales
4 yearBS/BA degree from anaccredited University or College
Experience with Promethean or similarEducationinteractive technology products
Strong sales pipeline management and discipline using SFDC
Experience in the K12 or Higher Education market preferred
Track record of delivering strong results, seeing initiatives through from start to end, and self-accountability
Ability to convey Promethean’s value proposition in a clear and succinct manner and to build good business relations over the phone/email
Fluent Spanish language skills desirable
Strongproblem solving skills with a proactive approach to drive results
Ability to work well in a team environment
You will be responsible for…
Providing support toPartners in Promethean’s sales channel, enabling them to generate sales and expand Promethean’s footprint in the Americas market
ProvidingPartners withadvanced resources, operational support and pipeline managementassistance to aid in closing sales
On-boardingnewPartners and ensuring they are familiar with Promethean’s portfolio of products and services
Maintaining relationships with currentPartnersandensuring they are fully aware of new products, initiatives,andsolutions to drive incremental revenue
Ensuring Partners are fluent with operational procedures to process sales andsuccessfullydeliverPromethean products and servicestocustomers
Providing timely, yet accurate and thorough responses to Partner queries to ensure efficiencies anddrive incremental sales
Managing Partner sales pipelines and ensuring Salesforce.com(SCDC) isalwaysup to date, including Partnercontact records; this includes Partner lead follow up
Engaging in customer care activities to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction andto identifypossible up-sell opportunities; track these activities in SFDC.
Advising, guiding and articulating key aspects of Promethean solutions to Partners to ensure products are positioned in a way that's consistent withPrometheanrevenue & market share objectives
Flexible & collaborative participation with the Promethean regional team with a focus on customer service and commitment to a defined, strategic sales process
Demonstrating Promethean Values and Ways of Working relative to teamwork, balancing workload and day to day operations
