Current location Salary expectation Best time for callPosition: Integration Support Tech/Tech Support Fulltime Alpharetta, GA (Onsite) Job Description: Interfacing and engaging with engineering teams and peers to create solutions using existing technology Strategizing, planning, and developing a holistic approach for large scale technology implementations Technical planning and execution of technology deployments for ongoing projects Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects Develop and evolve strategies for various technologies to address changing needs Analyze project data with Microsoft Excel and other internal tools Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues including a strong understanding of the operating system Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams Ability to create step by step instructions aimed at end users Ability to communicate and write professionally by all methods (email, phone, text, etc.) Ability to support users in a professional manner Strong Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.) Strong understanding of the Windows 10 environment Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 issues both software and hardware related Understanding of macOS operating system Jira and Kanban board experience (Agile) Basic understanding of the Active Directory and Group Management infrastructure Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Must be organized, innovative and able to self-motivate Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail Strategic and creative mindset Why work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
