- Is fluent with MS Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in IT, Engineering, Business or Finance
- 2+ years of Program Management Experience or equivalent
- Fluency in the Microsoft suite of products and other project management tools
- Familiarity with financial modeling, ROI calculations, and other budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Experience working on IT projects
- Effectively able synthesize and communicate complex ideas
- Uses a logical approach to solve problems, improve processes, conflict reconciliation
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate tasks between different organizations
- Experience handling complex programs with activities across multiple workstreams, vendors and internal resources
- Demonstrable track record managing highly complex programs
