Client: FinancialAlpharetta GA12+ Months Strong Trading/Investment experienceFinancial data experience is mustRequirement:Agile ExperienceSolid Wealth Management Financial Services experience (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office Activities)Solid Financial Data understanding (Balances, Positions, Activity)Understanding of how Front End UI, Web Services / APIs, Batch, Databases/Data sources The charter of this team is to provide business analysis support for the FA Platforms to help drive the requirements, execution of the technical redesign and strategy of the platform to meet the goals of the business and delivery/implementation. Responsibilities:Must have experience working on large scale projectsDemonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information SystemsStay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or reengineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing onesIdentify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirementsAssess business process and system inefficienciesDemonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiationCreate and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancementsIdentifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systemsPlans, organizes and conduct walkthrough with Business Units and Technical team for common understanding across teams of requirements and sign offLiaison between Business Users and Technical team in analysis & designRequirements: Must have experience working on large scale projectsExposure to Agile is a MustSolid Wealth Management / Investment Management background (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office Activities)Must understand Financial Data (specifically, Position and Activity)Solid Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft ExcelWell defined and structured individual who can document, track and work on Functional, Technical and Data requirements seamlessly with minimum supervisionSkills and Proficiency: CommunicationTechnical UnderstandingProblem SolvingLeadershipTeamworkBusiness OperationsMultitaskData AnalysisProcess Discovery and understandingExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenWealth Management Back Office experience Furthermore, this position will work with the ScrumMaster, Product Owners, PMs and business/data analysts in the team and work with other platform teams, driving issue analysis & resolution, educating peers, and drive the project throughout the SDLC process until execution. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team along with NY and India team members, sometimes across multiple time zones.
