Position DescriptionWhat makes a fantastic Lead Development Specialist, Sr.?Tegra118 is adding a key role to our global sales team that will be passionate about Lead Development and Generation for our suite of end-to-end wealth management and institutional software solutions. This role will align with our global sales, marketing and product teams to play a key role in sales campaigns to new prospects as well as existing clients. In this role, you will demonstrate your financial technology and sales development experience to help drive new opportunities and prospects. You will be on the front end of evaluating new prospects to help validate in bound leads, provide enough information to gain interest and drive opportunities at the start of the sales process.Does this sound exciting to you? If so, read on!To be successful in this role, you will:

Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries

You will effectively partner and work across the Sales, Marketing and Product teams

We need you to closely with other Sales teams to develop prospect intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools

You will also provide ongoing support to the Sales, marketing and product teams with a focus on identifying business opportunities within existing and new customers.

Develop and cultivate sales leads to achieve lead generation and sales pipeline objectives.

Find, review and evaluate opportunities and communicate various stages across the organization and track them using eCRM tools

We want you to assist Sales in follow-up marketing campaigns and initiatives via outreach correspondence allowing additional relationship development with prospects, clients and consultants.

Conduct extensive research on clients and prospects in order to provide relevant data to externally facing sales staff, tracking and updating pipeline activity.

Qualifications for consideration:

5+ years’ experience in an Inside Sales function, lead generation, or in a direct selling role.

Previous experience in a sales environment within financial services crucial - Fintech preferable

Knowledge of the financial technology industry and/or finance, capital markets, asset management and wealth management

Prior experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office

Experience in working successfully within a matrixed team environment that is highly automated

Strong and professional communication skills written, verbal, presentation

Demonstrated understanding of lead generation and sales closing techniques

Ability to work with minimal direction.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to travel 10%

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

Experience as part of an internal sales team with a consistent record of success

Proficient at using digital marketing and social media to get results

Knowledge of Fiserv product offerings.

BA/BS degree or proven experience
