Summary:They are looking for a Cloud SRE who is very well-rounded on the methodologies, understands how to handle diplomacy, and can think big picture in terms of the whole business/company. They'll need to use their vast, general understanding of how the business runs. They'll be joining the cloud journey meetings with the whole SRE/cloud migration team. They'll be expected to deep dive into the current cloud journey and offer suggestions on optimization, as well as help, teach others along the way.

Must-Haves:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in the field as an

    SRE/Cloud Engineer/DevOps Engineer/Architect/related.
  • 3-5+ years' experience hands-on

    scripting from scratch in

    Terraform and

    building modules.
  • 3-5+ years' experience working with

    Docker containerization.
  • 3-5 years experience with

    Kubernetes. Should be comfortable

    hands-on coding and building out

    Helm Charts
  • Experience using the universal DevOps solution

    JFrog Artifactory
  • Experience helping with cloud

    migration(s)/

    integration(s) in the recent past. (

    From on-premise to the cloud)
  • 3-5+ years' experience working with the cloud performs

    Azure or

    AWS (Azure preferred)
  • The ability to create solutions based on overall picture of the cloud journey/company vision
  • Experience with CI/CD using

    Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub (Any work, the more the better)
  • Some type of scripting experience in:

    Python, YAML, Powershell OR

    Bash
  • Cloud Architecture and system design to solve key business problems and facilitate team goals
  • Some light experience with Configuration Management tools – e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Chef or equivalents.
