JOB SUMMARYManages the lease administration function currently consisting of 24M SF in North America and Canada. Will be accountable for the work product of the internal and external lease administration staff. Responsible for related work activities associated with providing real estate portfolio administration, account payable and receivable support, database management and audit services oversight. Manages daily operations and the internal and external relationships related to lease administration.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOrganizes and oversees the work and performance of all staff responsible for providing lease administration services. Facilitates fast, accurate and efficient work product.Acts as primary-point-of-contact for all service delivery concerns. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with all parties including but not limited business unit partners, stakeholders, service providers, landlords and tenantsConducts meetings periodically to ensure customer satisfaction and discuss opportunities for improved servicesResolves critical issues in a timely manner by researching and gathering the relevant information for each taskParticipates in aspects of the organization's M&A process and has accountability for working with associated real estate members of the integration of lease and owned assets in the organization's database.Maintains, processes and controls for delivery team to ensure lease files are accurate and currentMaintains, processes and controls owned property physical and virtual fileReviews monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for accuracy and timelinessTracks accounts payables and receivables within the lease portfolio and helps process rent rolls for the customersAssist in performing quality control on the data maintained within CoStarPerform special projects as needed and assist with internal and external audit requestsProvide support for the Legal, Real Estate, Finance and Accounting departmentsRoutes documents manually or through DocuSign for executionManages out-sourced real estate lease administration teamMinimum Requirements5+ years commercial real estate experience or 10 + years of commercial real estate experience in lieu of a four-year college degreeCritical SkillsExperience in lease administration and real estate accountingStrong Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate with internal and external customers, Landlords, Tenants and other third partiesStrong organization skills and the ability to manage a large amounts/complex projectsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to abstract complex leasesWorks well with others and has a positive attitudeAdditional Knowledge & SkillsProficiency with real estate/lease management software preferredExperience with CoStar preferredEducationBachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent experienceCertificates and/or LicensesLicensed Notary PublicMcKesson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
