Role: Java Fullstack Lead Location: Alpharetta GA(Onsite) Contract Must Have Skills: Java Full Stack, Angular, Cloud, Springboot, Microservices aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" The primary objective of the Technical Lead is to lead the development and maintenance efforts of one or more products as well as manage technical risks throughout the project. The Technical Lead is expected to conceptualize software solutions, provide application level architecture designs, and manage delivery of the product. In addition, the individual must keep his/her manager well informed of status of development effort. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" RESPONSIBILITIES: aria-hidden="true" Creates and executes development plans as well as revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. aria-hidden="true" Participate in the gathering and reviewing of business requirements and translating these into functional/technical designs. aria-hidden="true" Lead and coordinate the design, development, implementation, and support of application or product. aria-hidden="true" Develops detailed technical analysis and design specifications based on functional requirements aria-hidden="true" Facilitate code reviews and mentors junior developers. aria-hidden="true" Use object-oriented techniques and software engineering best practices including design review, code review, unit-testing, and re-factoring aria-hidden="true" Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions aria-hidden="true" Lead daily standup with team to review the status of team members and address issues as appropriate. aria-hidden="true" Participate in the development of code for Java software applications. aria-hidden="true" Researches technical solutions to business problems aria-hidden="true" Follow agile best practices and maintain/improve work of the agile team. aria-hidden="true" Follow technology trends and guide team to learn and adopt new technologies aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" QUALIFICATIONS: aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent. aria-hidden="true" Minimum of 6-8 years of strong application development experience in designing highly scalable and available systems aria-hidden="true" Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in architecting & developing web-based transactional applications using Java aria-hidden="true" Minimum of 3-5 years of experience building web services and cloud applications using Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms or have worked on developing one of these platforms. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" WORK EXPERIENCE: aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Experience with Agile software development methodologies aria-hidden="true" Experience with Continuous Delivery concepts and technology aria-hidden="true" Experience with RESTful Web Service Design aria-hidden="true" Experience with Angular JS (Controller, Services, Routing) aria-hidden="true" Experience with Spring Data aria-hidden="true" Strong expertise in Web Services, REST, Cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) aria-hidden="true" Strong design, development and architecture experience in Cloud Services, Micro Services, Web Services and hand-on experience in SaaS enabled solutions aria-hidden="true" Knowledgeable about securing an end-to-end distributed system aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Preferred Additional Skills aria-hidden="true" o Eclipse aria-hidden="true" o Maven, GIT aria-hidden="true" o Docker, Pivotal CF aria-hidden="true" o Bootstrap aria-hidden="true" o Spring Cloud, Spring Boot aria-hidden="true" o Liferay, Tomcat aria-hidden="true" o Experience working with user interfaces with HTML 5 and Mobile platforms aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" The successful candidate should demonstrate innovation, constant learning, self-motivation and effective team participation.
