- Power BI developers who can help us initially migrate current static Excel and PowerPoint views of Digital Operations reporting to Power BI and then support ongoing updates to real-time views and dashboards
- Data sets include Digital customer impacting incidents, applications impacted, Root Cause Analysis, Owners/action items, tracking corrective/preventative actions status, and would need to provide searchable and filterable fields so leaders in the organization can look up incidents by Applications/action items assigned to them
- Expand these dashboard views to include weekly Availability heat maps for key customer journeys, tracking & communication of Operations KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, CSAT), Service Level Objectives (SLOs) & Service Level Agreements (SLAs), using dynamic filters to report on Chronic issues with repeat causers
