Product ManagerBCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager at Alpharetta, GA Position Title: Product ManagerExpected Duration: 2 years Location: Alpharetta, GA Job Description Responsibilities: End-to-end success of the product, including customer experience, execution of upgrades, knowledge of technical teams, and more. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful: Routinely exercises independent judgment in taking tradeoff decisions, managing complex situations and risks. Occasionally - manages customer escalations and orchestrates the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer. A team player who can generate strong partnerships with peers (sometimes: global) to draw information and knowledge from, and partner to drive solutions. Needs to be able to clearly see and reflect the wood for the trees and communicate efficiently with both professional experts on the ground as well as high level executives (internal / external), and able to convey the message in a crisp and engaging manner. First Level University degree; Advanced University degree preferred. 7+ years in project management roles or in equivalent roles/businesses. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
