Talented Program Manager needed for a 12+ month project This role will work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office/2 days remote)! In this role you will provide program management and delivery support for key merger integration efforts. This role will coordinate across a multi-disciplinary team with a key focus on program planning, readiness planning and program execution across all impacted groups within Technology Operations Risk (TOR) to include, risk monitoring and remediation planning, and management reporting. The individual must be a critical thinker who can think out of the box and connect the dots. In addition, candidate must be self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines.
- Program Manager that is comfortable stepping in as Project Manager at times
- Cyber, Infrastructure or Network background would be ideal
- Strategic player, out of the box thinker, team player, collaborative, strong communication skills, adaptable to change, ability to share better ways to do work
- Experience with merger projects a plus
