Candidates should be proficient in accounting functions and systems and have a true focus for keeping financial projects on schedule and creating successful outcomes. The Project Manager role works in conjunction with a team of Business Analysts in order to complete detailed requirements documentation, a responsibility that may involve data mapping to accounting systems for proper accounting and reporting of transactions. You'll need to bring a knack for cross-functional collaboration, as this role will require you to incorporate input and feedback from the accounting leadership team and from key participants in other functional areas. Facilitating and directing the migration of Salesforce applications and services ? Generating innovative and effective solutions ? Provide Excellent interpersonal communication skills ? Provide leadership, collaboration, and influence, including the ability to influence when there is no direct reporting relationship ? Make challenging decisions and to involve others sufficiently in the decision-making process ? Operate effectively in complex environments and ambiguous situations ? Anticipate issues and adapt quickly to changes in the business environment ? Think creatively and connect across diverse points of information ? Provide excellent results orientation and customer/user experience focus ? Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills to simply convey complex ideas to Executives and Individual Contributors ? Manage team assignments and balance workload in a deadline driven environment ? Estimate project timelines, level of effort and cost ? Work with Business Teams to identify and document business requirements ? Work with subject matter experts overseeing design, development and execution of Enterprise Infrastructure and Applications migration activities ? Manage quality assurance and acceptance testing process ? Plan and manage project deployment, financial and resource management ? Partners with teammates to plan testing (i.e. Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, Performance, etc.) and execute with the goal of low waste/no-waste ? Update and revise schedules weekly to maintain accurate project forecasts ? Record and reconcile time tracking against project ? Assist IT and Finance management leads with invoicingRequirementsRequired Skills:
Bachelor?s degree in an IT related field, or equivalent technical education in a directly related area ? Strong Project Management skills ? Budgeting / Forecasting / Estimating ? Broad knowledge of Sales Force applications and services ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to identify and assess project risk factors ? Multi-tasking in complex environments ? Solid organizational skills
