- In-depth knowledge of applicable project management methodologies, tools, standards and procedures.
- Excellent technical and/or analytical skills.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or RTE leading one or more scrum teams to deliver value iteratively.
- Experience facilitating key Scrum ceremonies (chartering, user story refinement/grooming, daily stand ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives).
- Experience partnering and managing large cross-functional business and technology/application teams with participants across multiple time-zones (onshore and offshore).
- Ability to proactively manage risks, remove impediments, and make decisions that impact overall system(s) and program(s) while acting independently.
- Ability to Excellent Customer Service, and Communication (Verbal, Written).
- Familiarity with G Suite, Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Slack and other collaboration tools.
- Experience managing projects through the software development lifecycle.

- Experience managing technical projects in the telecommunications industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration.
