nullWe are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Data Analyst who has strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of information to support Salesforce Einstein dashboards and projects for the Philips North America Health Systems business.In this role, you have the opportunity to…Partner with leaders and stakeholders across the North America Health Systems business to enable sound decisions based on solid analysis of data and provide insight regarding interpretation of data and trends (explain the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of data results). You will be a part of a high-functioning and collaborative Business Intelligence & Analytics team.You are responsible for (but not limited to)Business Intelligence and Data Analysis- 60% of time includes the following activities:

Perform data analysis, produce data samples/prototypes and produce adhoc reports. Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources, including SAP and data warehouses to enable agile data analysis and data preparation for front end BI implementation in Salesforce Einstein analytics and dashboards

Act as the SFDC SME for data sourcing as new projects are kicked-off

Identifies trends and issues in data using advanced analysis techniques. Provides technical and analytical assessments of issues facing the business and presents findings to key stakeholders.

Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.

Partner and collaborate with IT and Product owners and be BI Analysts to provide input to project timelines, scope, and risks for Business Intelligence initiatives

Develop an in-depth understanding of the interrelationships between multiple salesforce orgs and the applications within.

Assists with customizing existing reports and data manipulation

Assists in verification of data loading and manage the Salesforce Einstein Analytics Data Manager.

Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity issues and problems

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Utilize LEAN and Kaizen concepts to identify and implement data driven continuous improvement initiatives

Quality Assurance, Testing, and Documentation- 25% of time includes the following activities:

Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications, data flows, data mapping and data dictionaries. Keep documentation up to date on any existing report changes. Facilitate training & rollout of new tools

Develop and perform standard queries to ensure data quality, identify data inconsistencies, missing data and resolve as needed

Regularly conducts daily and weekly reviews of data quality reports and resolves data issues and problems

Create training and internal QA/UAT documentation, perform quality assurance and ongoing monitoring of current reports and data for accuracy and usage

Perform extensive data unit testing and quality assurance (QA). Troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally towards a solution

Respond and resolve all assigned feedbacks (all priorities) within the set thresholds (business days)

Leadership- 15% of time includes the following activities:

Demonstrate the ability to lead small cross functional project teams

Provide guidance/governance on best practices and approaches to design, implement and sustain effective data driven analytics solutions

Perform post project reviews with project team from BIS and IT, identify best practices and learning’s and implement in project execution process to improve future project execution

Promote Philips values and leadership goals

Act as mentor for others in the business

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Minimum of 5+ years as a BI Data Analyst/Data Analyst.

Bachelor’s degree within a technical related field (i.e., Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics)

Working knowledge of Salesforce clouds (required)

Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, ETL, data mining and segmentation techniques

Expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis. Passion for delivering actionable insights

Well-versed in producing datasets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools verifying their accuracy and providing insights

Experience in creation of technical specifications and project documentation and translating functional requirements into detailed technical requirements.

Has strong verbal & written communication skills.

Strong skills in building reports, using SQL joins, filters, graphing and dash boarding

Experience in problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting.

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Project, Access and Visio.

Experience in working with several groups of data and users simultaneously.

Experience in being innovative and having strong analytic skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide strong time management skills.

Desired Skills

Knowledge of BI project/program management

Master’s degree in above fields

Working knowledge of Salesforce Einstein

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL and SOQL (needed), SAQL and JSON
