The Talent Acquisition space is evolving at a tremendous pace, and we are looking for someone who is as passionate and excited as we are to create solutions that engage and excite candidates and take the work out of work for recruiters and managers.In the role of Sr. Product Manager, your creative inspiration will help fuel BIG innovation. You will formulate product strategy and drive go-to-market solutions, obsess over the customer experience journey, and measure product effectiveness — seeking to continually improve. Help define, manage, and execute individual product strategies with aligned, multi-year roadmaps. Partner with product leaders in and across ADP’s portfolio of products, business stakeholders, and development teams at ADP.

Lead. As a product owner you will work closely with User Experience Designers, Researchers and Engineers to drive the creation of intuitive solutions that are focused on the way recruiters and managers want and expect to work, and experiences that engage and delight candidates. You will be responsible for working with your scrum team(s) — keeping them motivated, making sure that they have a robust, prioritized backlog and helping them to understand how the work that they are doing contributes to the overall vision and success of the company.

Leverage your technical skills to create and drive platform services to solve business problems.

Collaborate. This is the key to success. In this position, you will work closely with client product advisory councils and internal business partners to develop a strong and meaningful vision and roadmap for the employee and manager experience.

Leadership & Influence. Communicate product plans & vision with business partners and executives to gain alignment and support for initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

5+ years’ experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of web/mobile based product(s).

Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent in education and experience.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required, including representing ADP externally to our clients and the market.

Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.

Creative yet analytical – uses data to support and drive recommendations.

Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary.

Must be a strong collaborator with the ability to explain complex business processes in an easy to understand way.

Self-starter – ability to learn technology quickly through knowledge sharing & learning programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

An understanding of the Human Capital Management domain and product needs for managers and employees is preferred.

Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Management is preferred
