- Comfortable working independently and with ambiguity to develop concepts that evolve, mature, and iterate through consultation with colleagues
- Ability to deliver work products of the highest quality and use project management acumen to overcome risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint and articulating project insights and summaries for senior leadership
- A strong communicator, someone willing to challenge and contribute to the evolution of solutions and support in their realization
- Successful candidates will have at least a Scrum Master or Project Management Professional certification.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 8 years experience in a medium-to-large environment, performing business analysis, business development, and project management
- Direct experience in medium-to-complex management activities, such as business development, and application development and deployment
- Project management training, including practical application
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
- Experience in business analysis, business development or relationship management preferred
- Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
- Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
