Responsibilities:

  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept and demonstrations for GMS Engineering products and services.
  • Understanding client's requirements and preparing RFI, RFP & RFQ Responses for technical elements.
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
  • Liaising with Product Managers and technical teams to gain in-depth knowledge for GMS Engineering products and services.
  • Collect feedback from the customers, synthesize, analyses and channel to Product Management and Engineering for product roadmap.
  • Demonstrating platform capabilities and features
  • Coordinate with GMS Presales enablement team in providing content on platform features and capabilities
  • Platform roadmap and features prioritization
  • Coordinate with GMS portfolio on CSP, MSP and SRC enablement in platform part of roadmap
  • Experience in implementing and using configuration management for multi-environment IT applications
  • Ability to work on various IT Infra & Application using ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping
  • Demonstrate proven leadership skills, be an independent performer and be able to deliver with minimal or no supervision.
  • Great organization skills to prioritize, follow up, deliver, and communicate status of assigned actions.
  • Deep analytical skills to understand complex procedural problems, identify root causes and provide solutions.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area of study
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Deep understanding of GMS products and services, its processes, and architecture.
  • Possess strong problem solving, prioritization & solution-oriented analytical skills.
  • Strong evangelist presence and have strong presentation skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to research and stay abreast industry developments
  • Familiarity with datacenter concepts, cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, Morpheus, OpsRamp, Nagios, SolarWinds, Prometheus etc., their HL architecture and capabilities.
