Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Enterprise Information Management.The OpportunityAs a Sr Agile Team Coordinator, you will leverage industry-proven frameworks and drive the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc) focused on predictable, quality delivery and driving continuous improvement of the organization. You will be responsible for managing specific functions through the Agile transition using Scaled Agile Framework and Agile methods. In this role, you will optimize productivity and remove impediments that obstruct the program's goals by preserving the team's ability to rapidly respond to change.You Are Great AT Drive delivery and continuous improvements by implementing and utilizing feedback based on metrics Drive cross-team and cross-functional improvements by planning, collaboration, and coordination across the multiple discipline towers in Engineering, Operations, Product, and Support Provide regular communications across the organization to stakeholders to provide transparency and awareness of issues and wins for the program Identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes. Uses data visualization programs, tools, and techniques to generate dashboards, reports, and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding, and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance. Establish a governance structure focused on enabling the empowerment of the cross-functional teams Partners with organizational cross-team leaders to support the DevOps journey Partner with Product Management and Product Owners to communicate product vision and roadmaps to the Cloud Operations organization Build and encourage automation, Agile practices, DevOps principles, and the free flow of ideas across the Scrum Masters and Delivery Teams in the program Build a highly efficient and focused team that utilizes metrics-based decisions to enable continuous improvement across the organization Coaches the program to improve collaboration and self-improvement Act as Agile Coach for the Scrum team and Cloud Operations organizationWhat It Takes Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years as a Scrum Master with at least 2 years as an Agile Coach At least 2 years of people management experience 5-8+ years in technology delivery of software or infrastructure Experience acting as Scrum Master and leading a scrum team from start to finish (build/deploy/support) Strong understanding of cloud-native and container-based distributed systems like Kubernetes Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations teamsDesired Skills Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification SAFe certified or other scaled Agile frameworks Experience leading teams that deliver or maintain container-based applications Good understanding of docker networking, volumes, and registryWhile OpenText is an Equal Opportunity Employer, our efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
