Job Title: SRE / Software EngineerJob Location: Alpharetta, GA - Hybrid RoleJob Type – ContractClient – Morgan StanleyJob Description:This Software Engineer role will develop automation, tooling, and observability solutions for our market data delivery platforms. Will work with multiple development, QA, and operations teams to reduce efforts to troubleshoot and understand how our systems work. If you love to dig in and figure out how all the pieces work together and build the tools and automation to improve observability let’s talk.What you will be doing – Automate everything – if we are going to do it more than once how can we automate it?· Engage with other internal teams and vendors to understand their products and roadmaps· Design and develop new software solutions that improve operations and reduce development effort· Reduce our applications’ MTTR through monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and automating recovery processes.· Productizing existing tools – ensure they are scalable and easy to use and provide appropriate insights into our ecosystem.
