Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Systems Engineer (Veritas) for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in Alpharetta, GA Hybrid onsite 4PM-12AM, may be later depending on business needs 10-15 Years' experience - Candidate should have strong working experience on following Veritas tools. - Veritas Volume Manager - Veritas Cluster (VCS) - Veritas File system (VxFS) - Veritas Cluster volume manager - Candidate should have deeper knowledge in Linux volume manager. - Candidate should have knowledge in Unix shell or python Scripting. - Candidate should have experience on red hat enterprise Linux. - Engineering mindset and attitude towards learnings, ready to face new technical challenges. - Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution. - Responsible for production deployments, ensuring governance and controls and act as a gatekeeper for any production environment changes. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
