OverviewAs a Technical Project Manager (Java), you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, developing and executing against project plans, and prioritizing/resolving complex problems as they arise. You’ll use your industry knowledge and technical background, as well as best practices, to aid in your decision making related to integrations and other policies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines
  • Develop and adhere to project plans, including an effective communication plan and production implementation plan
  • Gather requirements related to the technical solution as well as integration of third-party applications and systems
  • Investigate and determine best practices for selection of integration method, business rules, and policies
  • Able execute projects well and sustain complex IT applications using well-known SDLC methodologies like iterative method, Agile, etc.

RequirementsYou are:
  • A senior Technical Project Manager with experience working in a large Financial Services organization or Services Industry
  • Understanding of large-scale Java technology solutions; you have a technical background
  • Experienced in executing at least 4-5 large programs with distributed stakeholders
  • Skilled in managing a large team of developers
  • Experienced with Agile, Kanban, etc.
  • Understanding of Release Management, SDLC, CI/CD, etc.
