For more information, visit .POSITION PURPOSEThe Technical Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for the Technical Support functions of the Game Ready line of product. This position requires knowledge of FDA regulations related to documenting reports from users and their agents, technical understanding of all system components and accessories for medical and commercial devices (human and veterinary product lines). The Technical Support Specialist processes warranty orders through our order entry system, provides Account Management, and prepares Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), all with a professional and positive attitude.
