- 2-5 years of experience as a training / IT recruiter.
- Should have experience in documentation and inducting new candidates
- open to work for US operations.
- Experience in IT staffing, recruitment life cycle, sound knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
- Able to make cold-call to candidates and vendors and gather relevant information quickly.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationship with vendors and hiring managers.
- Posting job requirements on Job Portals.
- Familiarity with US tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.
- Must be able to develop strong US vendor relations.
- strong knowledge of US visas (H1B, , , OPT/CPT)
- Maintaining database on the Daily basis.
- Achieving daily submission targets and maintaining good submitter to interview/placement ratio.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good network & contacts with US it vendors and candidates.
- Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic & result oriented.
- Willing to work under pressure.
