- Will work with Cyber Security Division on Contract for Merger
- Review contracts/documents
- They have a guiding doc they will use
- What they will allow and wont and what to change
- Need someone to redline docs and reach out with questions based on contracts
- 3-4 years of documentation is needed
- Cyber Security would be ideal but not needed
- Draft, review, assess, negotiate and develop, and verify accuracy of a variety of complex cybersecurity contract provisions, including but not limited to purchases, client contracts, SOW, MSA, License Agreements and other agreements
- Liaise with Legal team and cybersecurity management to analyze and determine comprehensive contract response strategies
- Identify, summarize, and relay key areas of concern in contracts under review
- Evaluate, identify and develop alternative solutions and recommendations to internal key stakeholders in order to solve potential contractual issues
- Act as a liaison between our Cybersecurity Contract review team and our clients to help negotiate contract executions
- Coordinate with various cybersecurity teams to document terms/conditions in contract management system
