TITLE: ETL Developer
Location: 100% Remote EST Compensation Range: $40-$5 per hour Our Client is looking for an ETL Developer who will perform moderate research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line.What You'll Do:- Write and review detailed ETL data process operations.
- Complete simple bug fixes in existing ETL systems.
- Work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into ETL processes.
- Operate in various development environments while collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues as necessary.
- All other duties assigned.
- 1+ years of Software Engineering experience
- BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience working on ETL Projects
- Should have Strong Analytical thinking and be Detail Oriented
- Proficiency with data manipulation languages.
- Ability to work with moderately complex data models.
- Proficiency in development languages including but not limited to: .Net (C#), SQL (strong T-SQL but other SQL languages helpful), Python helpful.
- Knowledge of data storage subsystems.
- Familiarity of industry best practices for coding in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of project tracking systems such as Jira
- Knowledge of version controls systems such as GitHub
- Ability and desire to learn new processes and technologies.
- Basic oral and written communications skills.
