- Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
- Experience in executing business change including key stakeholder management along the journey
- A solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance and value realization on investment
- Ability to identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and agree appropriate risk responses
- Commitment to the organization's new way of working through greater collaboration and breaking down of siloes
