Looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our group. This role is an experienced IT professional, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a Quality Assurance manager or QA team leader with experience in QA strategy and execution, and who has driven software development projects through the quality assurance lifecycle. He or she is highly collaborative and can bring predictability and success to IT projects by designing and employing repeatable and supportable QA methodologies and best practices. The Quality Assurance team supports Tservices and software deployments that are utilized by internal and external customers. Key responsibilities:• Direct the development of the QA planning and strategies, methodology, discipline, and framework;• Drive and improve the QA team in areas of functional testing, integration testing, automated testing, performance, and agile testing• Work with QA team, Development manager and the Software Development Director to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed Quality goals.• Provide leadership and technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques• Hands-on experience working on end to end, client to back-end server testing• Experience managing large QA, customer acceptance (CAT) and certification test environments• Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities to key stakeholders• Be an escalation point for all matters related to delivery, quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams and all stakeholders.• Lead resourcing activities pertaining to delivery of QA objectives including statements of work, and management planning of team and project resources• Compile and communicate weekly and monthly status reports to Senior leadership team• Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews• Prepare and complete action plans;• Identify and resolve problems;• Determine system improvements;• Implement change• Define goals for key programs and initiatives every year, cascade and track them• Work with release management team to oversee release progress• Working with recruiting team to ensure recruitment progress for direct hire and contract worker candidates for open positions in the QA organization Basic Qualifications:• 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience• 3+ years as Quality Assurance team lead or manager• Ability to deal with multiple competing priorities and client deliverables at the same time.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience Key technologies: Java Spring Boot, Oracle, Mongo, AIX, Linux, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Wildfly/JBoss

Skills and Experience• Knowledge of the Financial or Banking sector• Plus: Knowledge of bank processing: check and ACH payments and settlement• Plus: Knowledge of payment acceptance (merchant acquiring) and the certification process• Plus: Experience working within an agile development team.• Testing Automation Tool and Process experience• Experience with Regression testing for platform conversion and/or modernization programs• Experience with DevOps Pipeline, GIT, JIRA is a significant plus
