Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technology Integration Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities :

  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment supporting Technology Integration efforts.
  • A Technology Integration Manager will focus on collaborating with technology and business partners to help align Technology firm wide requirements, as well as those specific to WMT.
  • A successful candidate will be a proven influencer with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels to drive successful outcomes in line with business and technology management requirements globally.
  • Drive projects across multiple global sites to deliver technical excellence, leveraging local nuances alongside global Firm best practices
  • Develop an understanding of the Cross-Divisional components of integration initiatives and strategic business models and familiarity with technology services provided by the acquired technology organization, as well as familiarity with active technology risk initiatives and their impact to each.
  • Recommend improvements in processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency of controls. Provide support in decisions related to remediation plans and methods of risk reduction to satisfy a variety of regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Track CDET impacting technology risks and influence the prioritization of remediation activities.
  • Own the development of presentation and enablement materials to engage and empower internal and external stakeholders
  • Delivery of well-organized presentations, memos and emails to drive fact-based decision making
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; excellent analytical abilities
  • Be able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers and other senior management throughout the company
  • Strong analytic capability and the ability to create innovative solutions
  • Manage dependencies with legal, risk and compliance partners
  • Provide transparency to stakeholders into progress towards project goals
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope etc. associated with project and establish an audit trail to demonstrate these activities have been addressed
  • Provide mechanisms to capture & monitor remediation of any potential risks. In addition, enable appropriate escalation of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of project
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, or Finance preferred.
  • Five plus years of experience in a similar role in financial or banking services, with practical knowledge of technology principles, products.
  • Prior experience working across functional organizations to drive consensus.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships as well as lead and influence cross-functional teams where there is no direct reporting chain
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly for senior technical and non-technical audiences as well as ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately
  • Strong presentation skills, including ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management
  • High level of attention to detail and focus on precision.
  • High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
  • Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed technical requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems independently and drive tasks to completion.
  • Demonstrates initiative, judgment and decision making
