for performing, maintaining and training on analytical techniques and methods
for Quality Control testing required for product release.As an employee of

Conduct producttesting according to Standard Operating Procedures. Provide accurate andconcurrent laboratory results using data capture forms and LaboratoryInformation Management System (LIMS). Develop technical proficiency formultiple techniques within the testing functions of Quality Control.
Facilitate trainingas assigned by the Manager. Act as a resource or go to person for technicalsupport and department methodologies.
Facilitatepreparation and monitoring of inventory levels of reagents, positive controlsand standards.
Notify Manager ofany problems and participate in trouble shooting with resolution.
Author and reviseStandard Operating Procedures.
Conduct routineequipment monitoring.
Participate inanalytical transfer activities for new techniques with focus on laboratoryreadiness and strong execution know how.
Understand andfollow cleaning and disinfection procedures for all work areas. Maintain supplyof consumables. Maintain accurate inventory logs for freezers or otherappropriate storage areas.
Understand andcomply with QA and Regulatory requirements (9CFR, Outlines of Production,Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, etc.). Demonstrate a visible & tangiblecommitment to HSE, Lean Principles, and the Boehringer Ingelheim Values in allwork related activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degreewith science major from an accredited institution and a minimum of three (3)years related laboratory experience.
Proficient incompliance, QC testing and QC processes.
Solid communicationskills, both verbal and written.
Strongorganizational skills with ability to multi-task.
Detail-oriented
Computer skills toinclude: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project

Must be legallyauthorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing totake a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years ofage or older
