We are accepting applications for people who are currently ranked as a Purple, Brown or Black Belt In BJJ or Jiu-jitsu.

Motivate Martial Arts is now hiring an enthusiastic adult who can teach our students jiu-jitsu!
Our motto is "We are the BEST!" This means that we have the best students, the best company, and of course, the BEST Instructors/Coaches! We offer paid training, free uniforms, and much more! To qualify for our amazing team, you must meet the following requirements:
- Currently be ranked in Brazilian or Traditional Jiu-Jitsu.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the art.
- Must have a clean criminal background and pass a background screening.
- Must be drug and tobacco free.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have experience working with a group of students.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success! :)
- Must have access to a smartphone or computer for regular email and text communication.
The schedule is as followed:
We are accepting applications for people who can work 2+ days per week.
Pay is subject to experience and class sizes. As class size grows, so will your pay!
We are located in Monroe, GA and are growing! We just expanded to a new location with 2x the space!
