Talent Acquisition Manager (Athens)

Position Summary:The Talent Acquisition Manager?s duties include identifying current hiring needs, advertising openings on various platforms, and maintaining employee referral program. This employee will identify key individuals to build a strong team and brand, while providing a positive screening and hiring experience.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to determine needs in departmentsDetermine qualification criteria for each openingScreen and interview potential candidates, and evaluate against qualification criteriaUpdate and manage job descriptionsAssist with new hire onboardingRequirements:An academic background in Human Resources and experience sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
