Job Description
SUMMARY:100% Over the Road General Laborer - Sheet Metal Deck Installer - Valid Driver's License - Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
To provide manual labor for the safe installation of sheet metal deck.

Job Duties:
Working at heights assisting with set up and preparation for deck installation. Handing out tools and materials for deck installation. Assemble sheet metal in order to prepare for the installs. Maintain work areas clean.
>Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
>Travel and live Over the Road 100% of the time
>Be able to lift at least 75lbs

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE is REQUIRED
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stand Walk Use hands to handle equipment and tools Reach with hands and arms Climb and balance Stoop, kneel, crouch Talk and hear Lift more than 75 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work on construction sites Heights greater than 40 Outdoor weather conditions (Heat and Cold) Work with hand, power, pneumatic and powder actuated tools
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 10-Hour Construction OSHA Certificate 30-Hour Construction OSHA Certificate CPR Certificate First Aid Certificate Welding Certificate Aerial Lift Certificate
TRAVEL, WORK HOURS, SUPERVISION:
1. Travel: Working Over the Road is 100% required for this position. Jobsite locations may be located in multiple states and are subject to change.
2. Work Hours: Hours are based on job site requirements.
3. Supervision: This position does not require supervision of other employees.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
1. Compensation: $15.00 Hourly, Full Time, Non-Exempt
2. Benefits: Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, 401(k), Health Insurance, as explained in the Employee Handbook.
