Do you have 3+ years experience as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative relating to the sales of products? Would you like the opportunity to work in a challenging position from home either all the time or part of the time? A well-established accounting firm that specializes in being an accounting and customer service outsource for small, medium and large companies may have the job for you. We are looking for a well-rounded Account Manager that has worked for a manufacturer or distributor that can process customer orders, invoicing, reconcile inventory with warehouses and ensuring product availability and communicate changes to customers in an EDI environment. Must be extremely proficient with email and Outlook and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will work directly with the clients large retail customers such as: Costco, Walmart, Sams and Dollar General as well as the firms team members. Candidate must be a team-player, customer-service and detail oriented, highly accurate and able to meet deadlines. There may be extra hours required during some weeks of the month or as needed but this position does offer some daily work schedule flexibility. Prior order processing and invoicing using QuickBooks, NetSuite, or True Commerce EDI a plus. EDI mapping experience desired.
