Small CPA firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to perform monthly and annual closing of the financial statements for our clients. If you have experience in LIHTC accounting that would be awesome. Strong P/L, BS and Statement of Cash-flow experience. Advance level of excel and account reconciliation is required. Ability to work effectively with clients and meet deadlines with actuate work is a must.
The accountant will have phone access to our clients and the work will be done via software which the accountant will access remotely. There are weekly tasks as well as monthly and annual tasks. The position will begin with two clients and a pay of $40,000 annually. This amount will grow when the accountant is able to take on a third clients the pay will increase to $50,000 and up to $65,000 when the accountant is able to take on a 4th clients with proficiency. With the 4th client the accountant has the option of becoming an employee or remain a contractor. If the individual is effective in supervision additional compensation could be earned.
