Customer Service Representative - Main duties include assisting with national accounts (coordination of dispatch for service calls and installations, scheduling vendors, processing vendor invoices for accounting department, updating tickets and customers, and general customer service). Additional duties answering phones, updating customer records, and assisting where needed. Applicants should be proficient in Excel & Word and have strong communication and organizational skills. Notary License a plus but not necessary.
Full time, great benefits, casual attire. Scottsdale Airpark location. Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00.
